Die Cut Boxes

Die cutting is a process which uses steel rules to cut and crease the board into a recognised style or can be custom made to your individual requirements. This process enables greater flexibility than conventional box making machines in terms of size and style capability.

Die cutting is also used to produce internal fittings to support, protect or segregate products within an outer box. We currently have two die cutting machines to cater for small or large cartons with the facility to print 1 or 2 colours.

After a sample is approved and an order is received, the tooling will be made to your specific requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality of the finished product.

A one off cost is applicable to manufacture the die tool which will then be stored on our premises for future use.
