Lionkent manufactures a wide range of cardboard boxes that are available in plain or printed formats in white, mottled or brown cardboard. Our more popular styles include:
Slotted-type boxes
These consist of basically one piece with a glued or stitched manufacturers joint and top and bottom flaps. They are shipped flat, ready to use and require closing using the flaps provided.
0201 Regular Slotted Container
The most common style of cardboard box. The 0201 is made from a single sheet of board, where the outer flaps meet at the centre of the box. The 0201 is highly efficient and economical to manufacture because there is very little manufacturing waste.
0203 Full Flap Slotted Container
This style is again made from a single sheet of board, where the outer flaps overlap the full width of the box. The 0203 is especially resistant to rough handling and ideal for cardboard boxes with relatively narrow widths.
0200 Half-Slotted Container
The 0200, with a cover, is a combination shipping and shelf package. The corrugated carton’s flaps are located on the bottom of the box. The 0200 is handy in applications where the cover will be removed repeatedly.

Telescope-type boxes
These consist of more than one piece and are characterised by a lid and/or bottom telescoping over the body of the box.
0300 Box and Lid
This style is made from two sheets of board. The sheets are supplied flat for the customer to either tape or staple together to form the box and lids.
0310 Box and Lid with Sleeve
Also know as a pallet box. This style is made from three sheets of board, The sheets for the base and lid are supplied flat for the customer to either tape or staple together to form the box and lids, and the sleeve is provided stapled.

Folder-type boxes and trays
Usually consists of only one piece of board. The bottom of the box is hinged to form two or all side walls and the cover.
0401 Postal Folder
This style is made from one sheet of cardboard.
0409 Five Panel Wrap
This box is made from one piece of corrugated board with five panels. When assembled, the multi-layered corrugated carton’s ends make it an excellent container for the shipment of long items of small diameter.
The 0409 design offers extra support to prevent shipped merchandise from piercing through the ends.
